Hey everybody,
In order to heal my adrenal fatigue and screwed up cortisol levels, I got the advice to go more highcarb (with the same amounts of protein and fat)
So now I'm wondering which sources of highcarb apart from sweet potato/yams,red beets and pumpkin/squashes there are that are higher in glucose than fructose? I might add some fruit though I don't want to go bordering on diabetes again. In reverse which fruits are ideal,apart from berries?(cause I only love strawberries)
So yay for fatgain!:s....maybe I'll finally get over my fear to get fat,as i hopefully start to feel better,especially mentally
I'd like to gain some muscle in the process.Anybody any advice how to do this,without stressing the adrenals/my body and how frequent and for how long (20 min.?30min.? more or less?)
