Can anyone hack my libido?
Im a 33 year old man and I'm in excellent athletic shape physical shape.
I've noticed I have less desire for sex then I used to. Maybe once or twice a week I'll want to have sex with my girlfriend. I have no problem performing or anything... i just want sex less.
I eat paleo 5 or 6 days a week, and 1 or 2 days a week allow some cheats because I want them or for social reasons.
I take fish oil and vitamin D. I've experimented with some other supplements and haven't noticed any change in my sex drive. I've tried calcium, magnesium, and zinc supplements at different times... nothing. Ive tried aphrodisiac foods like oysters... nothing.
Anything else I can try? I've seen (non-paleo, of course) testoterone boosters in stores like GNC. Worth a try?
Is the sex drive of my 20's a thing of the past?
Well, I'll be honest here.
Unless you've been with your girlfriend less than 6 months or so, your libido seems fairly normal to me. I'm 36 and in quite good shape too.
(reminds me of a joke about a 70 year old guy visiting a doctor.
- Doctor, I can only have sex once per night with my wife - But that's outstanding for your age !!! - But my friend is 75 and he tells me he has sex twice per night - That's ok - you can tell him anything you want too
Jack up your Testosterone, recover your libido.
in addition, limit phytoestrogen rich foods.
Im 32, went from sex drive of near zero to that of a teenager.
Could be you are just getting older and there are now other things that stimulate you now. When we are young we are so focused on sex and relationships as we age other things begin to become more important.
So if you need sex more than a couple times a week then I suggest you rent some x-rated movies and stimulate your brain.

I believe a PH style diet with at least 100 gm/day of safe starches is better for those of us with issues in this area.
COLD SHOWERS! if you like to go crazy you can ice your balls WARNING don't hold it there for to long. Or you can take the shower head hold it down there on your balls. your sperm count will go UP. I started doing this and girl who where fives turned to six and girl who where six turned to sevens so on.Not that I rate girls I mean that is so chauvinist:D

Find a good Dr. who understands more than Viagranisms...At 50, Paleo has brought a welcome change to all areas of my lifestyle. I also cut down my training schedule a little, seems there can be too much of what you think is a good thing, especially when you're not 17....
My testosterone went from the 200 ng/dl(considered low end of normal) to 800 ng/dl after awhile (been at it a few years so don't know how quickly it jumped) of eating lots of home rendered lard and beef tallow as well as eating more coconut oil, as my libido went from missing to prominent.
