Rumor has it (from the man himself) that Charles Barkley has been signed up for CrossFit. I admit that I'm kinda excited about this because at our house we have a soft spot for him. :)
On one hand he could be back to fighting form fairly quickly if he was truly commmitted, especially if he ran into some paleo devotees who got him to drop the grains and industrial oils. On the other, if he's into it half-heartedly, sports fans could be getting an awful lot of griping about workouts as an accessory to his daily sports commentary.
