I'm about to go on a business trip and is such on these trips, there will be drinking. I usually don't partake much but was looking for some advise on which alcoholic beverages would be best from a sugar/carb/insulin perspective?
I've heard that Martini is the way to go, but was looking for some other thoughts based in science.
Things I've heard: Martini, Vodka (the better brands are best) and limited red wine.
Also, please note: suggesting soda water or something is fine, just note I am looking for specific alcohol that is fine to drink (in moderation, of course).
