summer is upon us and i have my first bbq to attend in less than 2 weeks. i was mulling what to take to my gf's parents house to throw on the grill. when i was mentioning that i was thinking about doing my legendary beer can chicken or ribs marinated in horseradish mustard and beer, she exclaimed, "but i thought beer has gluten!?" yep, that girl is a keeper:). anyways, what i started thinking is that i need some new recipes to add to the repertoire since i used to love to marinate in beer and since grilling and cooking out can be paradise for us paleos/archevores, i just want to pick you guys brains for what kind of bbq recipes you have come across during your journey? looking for rubs and marinades for salmon, beef, pork, lamb or whatever may get run over on the way to the bbq.
PS i'm not just talking about grill foods but salads, slaws and the like that go well with this type of fare.
