What activity/sport/exercise makes you feel the best? What do you use it for: strength, endurance, flexibility, stress reduction, competition, work ability, pain management, rehabilitation, hobby, fun factor, etc? Do you relate it to a Paleo lifestyle? If so, how?

I like walking and sprinting plus body weight exercises and weight lifting to keep fit and work off stress.
I like cycling and inline skating because they're fun and I like going fast.
I'm not a great swimmer, but time in the pool or lake are both great for relaxation.
Hiking. Just love being outdoors, and it's great for stress reduction - feels like a mini vacation. And yeah, it seems very "paleo". People used to "hike" every day - seems a little silly that we have a special term for it, and consider it an "activity".
I love to walk and walk and walk. (which is convenient as I have always lived car free.) I like playing in the woods--barefoot strolls when it is quiet and damp, vainly attempting to outrun deer/squirrel/etc when they cross my path, trying to get lost, climbing trees. I love going to the beach and scrambling over rocks, sprinting as hard as I can on the sand, swimming in calm lakes/gently flowing rivers/the pounding ocean surf. I also really like shoveling snow and helping people move. I do these for a mix of almost all the reasons that you listed, with the main one being because these are things that have consistently, since childhood, made me feel effing awesome.

Bombing downhill in the summer on a ski slope is my biggest thrill. But where I live now that's not possible. So second fave is single track through the forest.
I'm a wanderer. I like to meander hither and yon, though mostly to and from class. Sometimes, when I think I'm going to miss my bus, I take off in a full-blown sprint. Absolutely exhilarating, though I've had some close calls. ;)
I am female, and a few months ago, I fell in love with rock climbing. It's fun, it's a great upper-body work out, it engages the problem-solving faculties, and best of all, it makes me feel like a monkey. A strong-gripped monkey.
