No, i don't use fish oil. I avoid it because I think it's more important to keep O6 low and get O3 from natural sources. I'm a bit concerned about oxidation, and most studies haven't shown a positive benefit from fish oil supplementation (Different from just increasing O3's). |

Probs not the best, not the worst either. Sam's Club and Costco are good choices because they move through the stock like no one's business. That means it's pretty darn fresh. Carlson's is a great choice and you can get it for pretty cheap through VitaCost. Once you have it, refrigeration is a good idea if possible. |

It has soy in it as do most fish oil capsules. I stick with carlsons liquid fish oil as it is soy free and if you order it from vitacost it is the same price per dose as TJs. |

I have a bottle of Carlson's in the fridge at home, but I do keep a bottle of TJs in my desk at work. I pop a couple when I eat cafeteria food for lunch. Not sure about the quality, sorry :( |
