Depends on who you ask and what you're trying to accomplish. If you want to feed your gut bacteria some starch, then go for it. If you're trying to avoid feeding your gut bacteria, then RS and other poorly digested/absorbed carbs are your worst enemy.

Robb Wolf answered this in a podcast. Still carbs, still made from neolithic agents of disease, still feeding unnecessary gut bacteria. Check it out. The first answer can be read here. http://robbwolf.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2011/01/the-paleo-solution-episode-31.pdf. There is a follow-up where Robb got spun out over this, listen here http://robbwolf.com/2010/06/29/the-paleolithic-solution-episode-34/.
