Hi guys! So,I started eating full on primal just yesterday(no really,yesterday!). I eliminated from my diet flour and its products,sugar,vegetable oils and pretty much everything that is proccessed apart from bacon,butter,coconut milk and coconut cream. As for the last two,which one do you believe is the best for occasional consumption if weight loss is the main goal for the next 4 months or so??Is it better to buy in a carton or can?
Next in line,excersising.I am 5 foot 10 and weight 240 pounds,22 year old male. What type of exercise is best to begin with after I get keto adapted(I will wait for 3 more days until I make sure I am keto adapted,I measure ketonuria with ketodiastix as they are they only ones I could find locally)?
Lastly,which veggies,to your experience,are best for weigth loss?What do you usually accompany your meal with?? Thank you guys!
