After seeing a lot of comments saying that grass-fed meat is better, I just want to clarify a few points.
- Given that New Zealand is pretty much a dairy-culture society, would it be safe to assume that most meat available here is grass-fed?
- I remember seeing a lot of fuss in the papers & news etc in 2010 about some Chinese farming company wanting to setup a huge 'factory' style farm in our South Island; I'm guessing that would be the grain-fed that is common in the USA as well?
- How do I find out for certain what diet my meat had while it was alive?
