I have been eating Paleo since February and have been relatively consistent. Recently I have increased my exercise and noticed that my sweat no longer tastes salty. And if it, does only slightly. Has anyone else experienced this? I have greatly increased my consumption of bacon so I find this surprising because i have not been choosing the low sodium variety.
Could this change in my sweat be attributed to the fact that overall I am eating little to no other processed foods so my overall sodium intake is less? I am also thinking that with my switch to a Paleo way of eating it could be the fact that 90% of my liquid intake is now just good ole refreshing water. So I was just curious if anyone else experienced this once they switched from a SAD diet to Paleo?
