Finding the best information about the paleo lifestyle can be difficult, with over 2 million hits on Google for "Paleo diet" alone. Add the information on fasting and exercise and it's clearly overwhelming. Could we do a quick poll and vote on our current favorite resources (websites, books, etc) that guide us in our daily lives? One resource per answer please so we can vote independently.

A lot of great answers. Clearly, I am biased for PaleoHacks. And am also cooking up some good stuff up over at PaleolithicDiet.com. :) |

I think Primal Blueprint and MDA are the best, most complete sources of info. However, in terms of send a confused newbie somewhere, I second Kurt Harris Twelve Steps. |

Kurt Harris Twelve Steps...This is what helped me move from low carb over to primal or paleo. The caveman stuff turns off many new folks who are just beginning to gather information. |

Paleohacks is a bit too scattered (which is the beauty of it anyway), and personally I feel this site would/could confuse the paleo novice, especially if said novice was seeking a real path/direction in the Paleo lifestyle. My favorite books, in order from "Most Functional" to "Least Functional" for the Paleo diet that has given me the best results:
Since Neanderthin is out of print, 1 of my 2 copies are loaned out, I'm more apt to suggest The Paleo Solution. |
