What have you done to make eating paleo more efficient, nourishing or tasty? Did you come up with simple and functional lifestyle changes?
- To increase fat content of fried eggs, add dessicated coconut to the eggs. Add vanilla for taste. Use lots of lard or coconut oil for frying. Scramble it instead of making an omelet to increase surface area.
- A larger surface area will take more oil in any meal. This would also work for adding more fat to lean meats. Cut it up into smaller pieces.
- If a cured meat is too salty, cut it into strips and soak it for a moment in warm water.
