what are some paleo options for a snack to take for after my 1hour glucose test?
My godmother keeps saying "peanut butter and jelly sandwich" but thats out of the question.
I was thinking some hard boiled eggs, a plum and some coconut milk yogurt. what do ya'll think?
After both of the OGTTs I took, I was directed by my midwives to make sure to eat a meal with sufficient protein and fat afterwards. I had a carnitas platter after the first one, and a tuna salad after the second one. I'm pretty sure the 50g test isn't a fasting one though, so what you choose to eat afterwards might not be as crucial, just take along a few hard boiled eggs or jerky.
