This is my all-time favorite quote! and the other day after my yoga class, I enjoyed a conversation w' a fellow yogi who told me her dietician told her "Fat doesn't make you fat". I applauded. Love this quote! Could hear it daily and never get tired of it!! Are there any other Paleo-esque quotes that others enjoy?
