Hello dear hunters and gatherers,

I bet you know the feeling when you had eaten too less a couple of days and then your metabolism slowed down. I'm currently feeling that way and I want to get out of this survival mode. But how do I do this without gaining weight? My understanding is that I should just eat more calories and carbs. I guess movements could help too but I walk a lot by feet anyway. Are these assumptions right? How many calories do you suggest? Are there any special substances which could help? And another related question is how much should I eat so I would still lose like 2kg but wouldn't get into survival mode again.

I think this information will be useful to give some recommendations:

My weight is 64 - 65 kg

My height is 175 cm

Thanks in advance

no on the carbs. If you are truely in a fasted state then you are already burning ketones. To get out of your funk, eat meat and fat, and gradually reintroduce carbs (if you want to eat them, personally I'd take advantage and just stay in keto until you lose that 2kg).
