I'd say I'm about 75% strict paleo, with rare lapses of bread/pasta or a random sugary dessert
(you know you're pretty paleo when you have the random pasta-in-a-restaurant dish and have some bad effects after it)
What I find myself never really eating is fruit. Maybe I'm just too busy to buy it, or it just goes bad too fast. There are some rare occasions that I buy berries. And I feel like no other fruits are sneaking into my diet save for a super rare dessert that might have a stray berry or banana or apple slice in it.
Is this bad? I know there's been much talk about the dangers of fructose, but am I missing out on many nutrients and antioxidants found specifically in stone fruits, for example?
Also, I drink wine here and there, which I know isn't really paleo because of the sugar alcohols, but could the antioxidants of red wine be good for me at least a teensy tiny bit? : ) hope so
