I'm in paleo heaven: I just made pulled pork from a big juicy pork shoulder butt roast (anybody's mouth watering?), and I have a ton of solid and liquid fat and juices left over in the pot. I kind of want to save it and put it to good use, but I have no idea what I would use it for.
Any ideas, hackers?
It's great on vegetables, if you eat those. Definitely good to cook your greens in. Turnip greens, pork fat, bone broth, and vinegar, all simmered together for an hour or two is a good combo for me.
