Hello All:

I have heard so much information about the American sweet potatoes, aka the orange yams; however, I have found no information on batatas. However, I grew up eating batatas and I LOVE them. What are the communities views on this... are these types of potatoes more akin to regular potatoes (because they are white)...

Recipe for Tabata Batatas:

Eat as many batatas as you can for 20 seconds, with a ten second rest after. Do this eight times for a total of four minutes. :)
