Heck yes! Anything smoked (smoked chicken, pulled pork, pulled beef, brisket, pastrami), wings are great, bacon wrapped cheese stuffed peppers (ABTs), tandoori skewers... it's really endless. Anything you can cook on a stove, in an oven or on a regular grill. I use a wok on mine which is fantastic fun.
I highly recommend "Smoke & Spice" by Cheryl and Bill Jamison for low-and-slow recipes and ideas. The Naked Whiz website is full of great tips and recipe books (most meat recipes are really easily paleo adaptable).
The Egg is so versatile -- totally upgraded my cooking both in and out of the kitchen.
I do have to say: pizza on the egg is AMAZING with the proper crust recipe. Totally worth it on a rare occasion (will eventually try to figure out a decent gluten free crust ...)
Seek out an EggFest over the summer -- plenty going on around the country.
The best steak you'll ever have: Get the egg up to molton temp (or, maybe 500 is more reasonable and safe), follow Dr. Eade's DIY sous vide technique: http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/food-porn/diy-sous-vide/ then throw the steak directly on the coals for 30s a side. (I actually use a contraption that allows a small cast iron grid to sit 6 inches or so over the coals.)
