Bok Choy or other tasty greens

Strawberries

I have a freezer full of meat that I've bought in bulk so it's not often on my shopping list, unless I feel like eating fresh fish!

Butter for ghee

grass fed beef

unsweetened chocolate

in season vegetable (cabbage, squash, etc)

tie between eggs or whole chickens..

Then, of course, the meat supply: grass fed beef, pastured eggs, sardines, salmon, bacon, and the occasional pork chop.
