Help! Just home from a month away. Long story, but basically just lived out of a hotel during an incredibly stressful family emergency and am home today. Checked my stats and I'm up nearly 8 pounds and an inch around my midline. Tried to stay paleo while away but had a ton of stress, crappy sleep, little exercise, and limited food choice so ended up eating (and drinking) way more carb than I have in months.
Now that I'm home and have total control, I'm considering some kind of grass-fed beef mono-diet. What would you do? Has this happened to you and how long has it taken you to get back to "normal"? I've leaned out over the past 6 months from 185 to 160 - now back up close to 170.
Any advice on some kind of shock and awe strategy appreciated.
