Dr. K suggests eating a high protein meal immediately upon waking to lower Cortisol and help Leptin sensitivity. I started doing this as an experiment days ago. Then I got a Cortisol test back and it showed I had low Cortisol. So if you have low Cortisol should you still follow Dr. K's protocol?

If you have low cortisol in the morning you should raise it. Cortisol should be higher in the am and lower in the pm. |

I'm still fairly new to the Paleo/Primal life... What are you using to monitor your cortisol? |

I don't understand why you would want to lower cortisol in the morning. Are you taking your temperature during the day? |
