What do you take if anything before going to the gym/box. I always go shortly after I wake up. Was taking 10mg BCAA in form of Xtend via Leangains. Also take 200mg caffeine. Switching to Purple Wraath for Beta-Alinine. What about arginine or dimethylamyaline or creatine?

I might start a separate thread because I have some other very specific questions, but what about MCT oil? I got the idea of supplementing with pharmaceutical grade MCT oil from Dave Aspry's Bulletproof Fasting (bulletproof coffee, bulletproof diet, etc.).
The thing that makes me most hesitant about employing MCT oil before a workout is the fear that any fat whatsoever pre-workout will blunt the hugely important GH surge, which is a huge benefit of fasted training to begin with. http://www.theiflife.com/reasons-why-you-should-workout-fasted/
