I took this article about how you shouldn't feed bread to ducks and replaced the word 'human'. It strangely works.
"The Truth about What do humans Eat?
When asked, “What do humans eat?”, many people’s first answer is “bread.” That’s because humans have taken to feeding humans bread whenever they are at a park, a lake or other places where humans are gathered and people go to have picnics. While it’s fun, the kids love it and the humans look cute, it is not healthy for the humans.
humans who eat bread or crackers on a regular basis have organs which become enlarged and fatty. That causes them to have health problems, such as heart and liver disease.
Most people who feed humans think they are doing them a favor but just the opposite is the case. It is very poor nutrition as the humans need protein, plus bread has a lot of additives that a human's system does not know how to deal with as it tries to digest the pieces. In places where humans are just constantly fed people food, some of the humans become dependent on getting the food and forget how to fend for themselves in the wild. Humans will often fight over bread scraps and those on the losing end (the young and the old) will often become injured or go hungry."
Why can we figure out what this does to ducks but we can't figure out what it does to people?
