I ran in one this Saturday at Skirmish USA (Paintball compound in PA). Besides being generally awesome and hilarious, I think it was probably the closest to a MovNat workout I've ever done. We ran thru knee deep mud, wadded thru a lake, ran down a river, climbed walls, jump barricades, ducked through big metal pipes, climbed over cars, etc.
I think I'll have trouble being entertained on a normal run now.
If you haven't done one, would you?
If you have, what did you think??

PS - I ran in Vibram KSO Treks and I think it was to my advantage. Less likely to roll an ankle in the river, and they don't weigh 3 lbs more after the lake like my brothers sneakers did. Also a little more foot dexterity on the climbing portions.
