There was a great discussion started by The Quilt about our general thoughts on Paleo. It got me thinking about my own self-experimentation and how difficult it is to find women-centric forums that cull our N=1 experiments such as CureTogether.
I'm about to embark on a new experiment for myself and wondering if anyone has recommendations for technology coupled with forums that match the social data to individual data. For instance, I want to know how other women are eating and exercising and what they've discovered works best for them. In searching for an answer here (which I did not find) The Quilt brought up another great question about culling N1 data.
My goal in this question: 1. Find a social site that will track self-experiments in diet and exercise and offer suggestions on how to improve the data based on the memebers' data.
I would LOVE a site that has the social aspect of PaleoHacks (the intelligence and inquisitiveness here is awesome) coupled with the tracking of CureTogether.
