If CoEnQ10 is the supplement suggested for people on statins, as Dr K mentions on his blog, then what is the supplement for people on other medications, such as Adderall?
The claim is that statins' side effects inhibit cells from making the required energy in certain parts of the body because statins deplete CoEnQ10. Thus statin users should supplement with it.
What are analogues for other drugs?
Adderall is the only drug that I must take, so obviously I'm particularly interested in the damage it does and in what I can do to minimize or neutralize that damage. But I'm sure that many of you have to be on other drugs, and thus will have similar questions for whatever drugs you are on - so, of course, please ask away!
We probably need doctors for this one, but not necessarily, since many of you probably have experience with numerous drugs.
