I ask this because in the last 6 months I have deduced that guacamole/avocado gives me really bad stomach cramps.
Have you discovered a new or unknown intolerance due to paleo? This should be something that is not gluten/dairy/legumes. Are nightshades that big of a problem that I should remove them as well?
What is your idea of the baseline "good" diet? What foods for the most part will nobody be intolerant or allergic to?
Too many questions maybe?
