I am new to paleo and I am going on a 10 day retreat which I am very excited about. And I will be bringing my own food. I will have access to a fridge with freezer and a microwave but no stove or BBQ. Any suggestions on a few tasty paleo meals that I can prep in advance to freeze and heat up? I usually eat beef, bison and turkey as my protein sources.
I was thinking of cooking a slow cooker of flank steak and some sweet potatoes. Any other suggestions that freeze and microwave well?
Just to add a bit to the challenge and make it more interesting here are a few foods that I need to avoid: Allergies to: eggs, chicken, pork, nuts, seafood, kiwi Sensitivities: seeds, legumes, gluten, dairy, tomatoes
