Try 5 egg yolks w/ 100ml of cream and 100ml of milk twice a day. You could throw in 25-50 grams of raw liver as well. Blend well, and if you're not used to eating this, hold your nose. – Edward J. Edmonds Jun 25 2011 at 16:56

I found the answer here on PH to be great.

Try eating carbs in a 4:1 or 3:1 ratio so 100g of protein=300-400g of carbs and so on. And you gotta eat saturated or monounsaturated fats to give you 25%+ of your calories. And eat at least 3000 calories. And perform jump squats as much as you feel you can, these don't raise cortisol but jack testosterone.

why was this downvoted? I actually found that ratio incredibly supportive in boosting my T. Higher carb, low protein, low-moderate fat (55/15/30 for carbs/proteins/fats). The note to eat at least 3000 calories is also good, as undereating will kill your T. As is the squats. I dont see any bad advice here... especially from someone who brought their T up taking this advice. – Bill Jun 25 2011 at 20:10
Cool anecdote Bill. The info is based on studies. – cliff Jun 25 2011 at 21:20
