I'm 7 weeks pregnant and have been eating Paleo for the past 5 months, I have been eating my usual meals but lately I've been feeling really hungry and would like to add some snacks other than fruit or nuts that will be filling nourishing for my baby. What do you suggest?

You may want to puke at this suggestion - but when I was pregnant this last go round I wanted anchovies, liver (chicken pate), fish eggs, seaweed, sardines, stuff like that. If you read Nourishing Traditions these things are right up there for baby growing food. |

on top of all that other stuff being mentioned, I found it worked out best if I had a Lara bar in my purse at all times. |
