I was watching sesame street with my son and it was an episode on super foods. The puppets displaying super foods were broccoli, cheese, banana, and a piece of whole wheat bread. It was all I could do to shut it off, but my son is only 3 and I'm not to concerned. Anyway, it got me thinking.....What, if any, are considered paleo super foods?

For sure on the organs. I would think.. sardines, mackerel, salmon, herring for the Omega 3's and the little bones for calcium. Greens such as kale and spinach - magnesium! Bone stock for the vitamins and the resulting gelatin. Berries. Avocado. And my favourite, the egg. Pastured of course :) |

All food that falls under the paleo umbrella are super foods since they are what we evolved to eat. |

David Wolfe the superfood guru said in a interview all animal food are superfood cause they are such rich and intense in nutrients and minerals. For him this is too high. He not take them, maybe some superfood deerantler, or deer placenta. or what he alls sells in his longevitywarehouse |
