I thought you guys would have the best list. I realize no one likes the 'industrialization' of paleo, but there have to be some diamonds in the rough out there who are really trying to help bring paleo into the mainstream and make it less hassle.

For example, Itsumo Tuna Jerky is in the process of rolling out a non-soy, paleo-friendly version. I for one and pumped to try it. I love jerky and I love tuna, so hopefully it will be amazing.

What are you favorites or what would you like to see sold, if you don't have any?

Luna & Larry's Organic Coconut Bliss Ice Cream :) The ingredient list for the dark chocolate flavor- Organic Coconut milk, Agave Syrup, Organic Fair Trade Cocoa, Organic Vanilla Extract. I feel it is the cleanest one out there, short of just making it yourself of course ;)

It looks yummy, but I react BADLY to Guar gum...(one of the ingredients if you click through to the "view all ingredients" link on their site. If youre sensitive it can really mess up your digestion and lead to a lot of abdominal pain and bloating... If not, then have fun! – HeleneLohr Jul 3 2011 at 1:39

Agave is very high glycemic -many companies are switching to Coconut sugar and nectar...real vital and low-Gly!

Two recent discoveries:

  1. Kelp noodles (http://www.kelpnoodles.com/products_seatangle_noodles.html )
  2. Coconut manna (https://store.nutiva.com/coconut-manna/ )

Combined together with some tamari, lemon juice and salt, it makes a decent alfredo.

I've also eaten the manna by itself (I guess it's a variation of coconut butter?) although it's a little "dry" it reminds me of combining almond butter and coconut oil (a variation of http://grainfreefoodie.blogspot.com/2010/03/amoreenas-peanut-butter-fudge.html). Putting in some cacao nibs with the manna and re-hardening is also tasty.

Coconut butter by Artisana, eat it plain, mix it in a fruit salad and top with shredded coconut, make it into a frosting so good so useful.

Tropical traditions coconut chips. Toast them toss in some fruit, pour on some coconut milk, voila cereal!

Almond butter great on strawberries.
