You'll prolly downvote me for this but here goes.

According to your profile you've only asked questions, offered no answers to others' questions and have a pretty healthy downvote history. As far as I am concerned boards like this are give and take. I don't see much "give" from your end.

Also, I cannot figure out a way to see your downvote history and whether or not you've applied them to rude remarks. Many people downvote rude remarks yet have not been "threatened" with deleted accounts.

Does this have anything to do with the downvote retaliation post from earlier today? If so, you could be more transparent about it. If not, my apologies.

Also, are you from Western WA University? I live near there. Nice to see someone else from these neck of the woods interested in health.

Wow. WVU Dave really likes to burn bridges. This sort of hysterical, deceptive & childish behavior is appalling, but I guess not surprising at this point.

Looks like this is what I get for trying to solve this petty, childish problem WITHOUT having to suspend WVU Dave.

Ironic really -- I was trying to give WVU Dave a way out to save face....but lesson learned. Next time, the suspension and delete hammer will be dropped out without looking for a diplomatic solution. Saddens me really.

And now I gotta delete him. No choice really.

So funny... like it wasn't totally obvious it was you. Ya know... you could have played this so much better Dave. I kept that thread anonymous. I didn't mention names. Just because I called you out on that random downvote now you hate me? I did it in good humor man. I was just playin around.

Good Moderation is ... hard to find. Thanks to those who made the decisions not to support bullying.

I don't know. I have downvoted the same person (for more than one person) numerous times because I thought the answers were the opposite of helpful. I think that is fair.

The only possibly suspicious aspect to this particular case is that they obviously went to Jack's profile, and downvoted several things in succession, probably without careful reading, since it happened within the course of a minute. I tend to read questions and answers as they appear and just end up noticing patterns in whom I'm downvoting. However, if I found one person whose answer really struck me as bad, and then searched their profile and found more things that bothered me and downvoted them, too, I think that would fair, if a little obsessive.
