Totally agree with wjones. Good gravy...its your shampoo and not the 5000 calorie Starbucks every morning. Ok...I'm a no pooer. Acv and tea tree oil or sometimes coconut oil. If I've put too much product in my hair then I use baking soda. I want to say its because I don't like the chemicals but alas, I color my hair. I do it this way because it works and its cheap. I've been no poo for 4 months and my hair is shiny and lustrous and strangers ask me who does my hair and people pet it in the store. Btw ... I'm sending your link to my mom because she is convinced its "something else" making her look like a typical american. She's gonna eat it up. |

Right. It must be the shampoo. Articles like this one make me want to live in a media-free cave. It lost all credibility with this line: "There are plenty of people out there who eat well and exercise like Gwyneth Paltrow and still feel like their weight is out of control." As an aside, I went to a July 4th party at a friend of a friend's lake cabin. Of the women in attendance, all but one was obese and probably half were morbidly so. Their hair, on the other hand, was exceptionally clean. Coincidence? I think not! |
