I started Vitamineral Green about 3 years ago, at about the same time I started on what I now know to be a paleo type diet(I'm good at reinventing the wheel), and I noticed that it made me feel pretty darn good. After getting a free sample, I just started taking the Vitamineral Earth too, and it makes me feel reallllly good, except that it maybe has too much fiber for my gut and caused some initial constipation. My concern is that it is formulated by vegans, and I'm guessing for vegans. Except for loving veggies and foraging, their nutritional ideas are pretty much 180 degrees from mine, and I'm worried that the extra fiber could be detrimental to my gut. Any thoughts?

I took vita-mineral green for a month or so and honestly I never noticed anything from it. Imo its way to expensive and you would be better off if you grew your own wild greens, foraged for them or just bought conventional non powdered greens from the store. Jamith sheridan claims the powder is super blaster but it could all just be BS, I will admit it is pretty convenient though.

Bottom line if you have the money to afford that stuff go for it, otherwise I would stick to fresh stuff.

Fresh is definitely better, I'm right there with you on that. I'm kind of hooked on the convenience factor right now though. I feel like it gives me the boost I need to chase my 2 year old around when I don't have time to eat well enough. I suppose my concern about it is still that I initially went paleo to deal with leaky gut symptoms and fertility issues, and I'm wondering if all the root, bark, and seed fiber in the Vitamineral Earth could be undoing the good I've done for my intestinal health by otherwise avoiding excessive fiber from grains. – Happy Now Jul 6 2011 at 18:07
