I just started Paleo and I have started working on weekly meal plans to follow. I have been blogging about it to keep a record, and to share with everyone who is on Paleo. Available here to subscribe - www.cucumbertown.com/magazine/2013/09/melted-cheese-and-a-hot-date/.
I am going to run out of recipes soon and it would be great if you could share some tried and tested recipes too. Preferably ones that can be made in bulk and frozen.
There is a website called "paleoplan.com" where you can get a weekly recipe/meal plan plus a shopping list - trial membership 2 weeks free, no long term commitment, and just $9.95 a month .... plus they know leftovers are just common sense!
Once you've done Paleo for a few weeks, you can pretty much take any recipe (within reason) and convert it to Paleo. For example if the recipe says use ketchup, I just sub with some organic tomato paste. If it says add sugar and it is not a dessert, I just omit the sweetener.
there are so many bloggers and cookbooks out there, I just google "paleo *insert dish here* recipe" and i get something for it. there's a recipe for pretty much anything you could possibly think of by now, it's amazing. or pick up a cookbook... just about all of the paleo books are amazing recipes, some easy, some fancy, just gotta take your pick
