With questions and answers, you can simply click the upvote arrow again and it reverses it.

It doesn't appear that there is. Interestingly, it also removes the ability to flag the comment and it doesn't use any of the daily upvotes you have for questions/answers. Comment upvotes may be unlimited. Comment voting doesn't seem to be of particular importance, as I don't think it influences reputation. It is only important if the comment is close to ten upvotes, to count towards the Pundit badge, which no one has yet received. It might get that comment read more, but that's about it. It seems like the best reaction is: "Oops. Oh well." |
