Let's just call them friends. Each of us - unless we were born to nutritionally enlightened parents - came to a paleo diet from another way of life. Heaven knows I've done and ate it all, from SAD to vegetarian to vegan to raw foods, finally settling on paleo as the right fit. My personal results speak for themselves, and I've found myself helping others into a paleo diet or at least exploring the possibilities because of my willingness to start at the beginning, to tell my story.

Since we all start somewhere, let's meet those not on our path (yet!) with kindness.

This question needs context. Westin A. Price recommendations aren't paleo but to call them neolithic might be a stretch. Ancestral Fitness and Diet is a big umbrella.
