I've had a facebook argument with an 811 today(The worst kind of vegan), and said that a good fatty cut of a grass fed steak contains little to none Omega 6(referred to as O6 from this point onwards. Respectively, omega 3 is referred to as O3) without actually double checking my sources(Something I never do, however, I was posting from my phone today, and couldn't really be arsed to double check using the phone...)
Thing is, lately I've been reading a lot of articles saying that O6 is basically a poisonous substance and should be avoided at all costs, seeing as some of the effects attributed to O6 are: Increase in chance of death of any cause(Literally anything from a flu to cancer to a heart attack. here and here) Brain problems(Basically anywhere)
So anyway, this dude pulls out this lovely gem:
The entire thing seems bogus, and here's why;
-There's no way in hell O6 would be considered to be required in a larger quantity than O3(again, I'm using the logic of the above, and other articles) anywhere outside of vegan communities.
Basically, I would love it if you'd tell me what the hell kind of cut this table is from(he conveniently left out the source), and the rest of the table(as you can see from the cut off at the top of the image), of you can find it(reverse image googling gave me nothing).
However, I'm seriously doubting this is an actual meat, and is actually some sort of nut.
