After seeing a lot of comments saying that grass-fed meat is better, I just want to clarify a few points.
Cows are questionable, but all our lamb is pretty much grass fed - it's cheaper to do so! This kiwi subsists on lots of fatty lamb and wild caught fish - terakihi, snapper etc.

The standard stuff we get in the supermarkets is grass fed, but might be 'grain finished' in that for the last couple of months grain is used for fattening. From what I've read, grain finished is a bit exotic for here, and is more expensive!
