I'm trying to do the whole30, however I'm really really freaking hungry! I've been gluten-free for about 4 years, but have come around to the paleo way, I have a true wheat allergy and serious excema that I can clear if I avoid all grains "gluten-free goodies" and dairy. I've been slipping on the corn tortillas and dairy lately, so the excema is back, and I'm trying a whole 30 to help me along. Here's the deal, I'm starving even 30 minutes after breakfast, by 9am I'm holding myself back from raiding my lunchbox! I work full-time, the usual 8-5 deal, so breakfast is at 7am. I am also nursing a 10 month old (and a lot too, still no cycle, but he eats a lot of paleo food too). Breakfast is usually 4 eggs fried in oil (avocado or coconut), leftover veggies and a small handful of fruit (this morning was 4 strawberries) and a cup of black tea (only caffeine of the day). Eating more than 4 eggs seems extreme, but do I need more? What else could I eat? I'm also staving after I pump for baby at work, at llam and 3pm, so I get to eat lunch after the first pumping, and from 3pm on I'm STARVING. Can't figure out what to eat, and don't have time anyways since I spend my work breaks makeing babymilk.
Personal stats: 5'7 and umm...seriously curvy (230) and built like I belong on a sports team (wide shoulders, wide hips, hands are the same size as my 6'0 husbands).
P.S I hate fitday, it makes me feel like I have an eating disorder or something, so please don't suggest that! The whole point of the whole 30 is to get away from constant measuring food!
