Hi, I need some advice. I'm overweight/obese and about 3 months ago I decided to do something about it and went paleo (or well, technically primal since I still eat yoghurt and use butter for cooking).
So far it's been pretty great overall; I have lots of energy, sleep well, and feel a lot happier and healther than ever. I've binged once (at a pizza) but other than that I've been pretty strict with my diet - no sugar and no grains at all this whole time. Finding food I like has not been an issue and I don't miss my old junk food any more.
For exercise I walk for at least 25 minutes every day (often double that, morning and evening) and swim for 40 minutes 2-3 times per week.
Now, the first 2 months I lost quite a bit of weight - around 25-30 lbs. I'm assuming around half of that was water weight and the rest was actual fat loss. The past 3-4 weeks, however, I've been stuck around the same weight. I'm not gaining any but I'm also not losing any weight. I'm still really overweight, and should lose around 50 more lbs to be considered not overweight. Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?
I'm eating around 600-800 calories per meal, 2 times a day wihin an 8 hour window and never really get hungry between. Very low carb. I've cut fruit and nuts and eat mostly veggies and meat/chicken.
Is it normal to plateau for this long or am I doing something wrong?
I'm a 5"3 male and weigh ~200 lbs.

You will be surprised to find out how many people face the same problem though following strict paleo diet. There many good advises but I want to mention just one thing that I found very interesting. If I am remembering it right, sometimes adding a little more carbs helps some people start losing weight again.
