When it comes to protein, I can never seem to hit the target. i always end up getting too much or too little. I am well aware that while in keto it's supposed to be high fat, moderate protein, but whenever I try to go for "moderate protein" i end up hungry until my next meal, even if I ate veggies and plenty of healthy fats. is there some way to get the just right amount of protein without having to count every single gram?
What percentage of your daily intake is fat, would you say?
I stick around 80% fat, while staying around 10g carbs every day. I'm rarely hungry, and tend to eat only once per day (around 5-6PM). Works for me.
