Does anyone know of a good resource that clearly explains the industrial process of producing vegetable/seed oils? Preferably video, but a good text article would be great as well. I'm looking for something to show family who are difficult to convince on the issue. Maybe seeing the disgusting process and extensive use of chemical solvents will make an impression.
