Curious if anyone else has encountered (or overcome) multiple food intolerances – and if so, if they’ve overcome them via rotation diet. I found this thread http://paleohacks.com/questions/191025/multiple-food-allergies-anybody-had-success-with-a.html

I thought I'd identified a system of overcoming my previous intolerances by rotating foods, however eventually my efforts became somewhat half hearted - and now it appears I've developed at least one (and possibly several) new ones. Doh!
My new gameplan is to diligently track all food eaten each day, and to have it only 1x every 4 days. So if I have pork on Monday, I won’t have it again until Friday. I’m slightly worried that even this frequency will result in additional intolerances, which would be a major problem.
Curious if anyone else has encountered this problem, and if so, if they’d be interested in talking strategies.
In addition to rotating foods, I'm also rotating probiotics, fermented foods, various oils (olive, coconut, borage, evening primrose, hemp, chia, black cumin seed, flax), and products I've read are good for eczema (aloe juice, bitters, slippery elm powder, turmeric, wheat grass).
Anyone have any additional suggestions or strategies?
