I have been successfully paleo for 60 days. I feel great and couldn't be happier with the results I have seen. However, in those 60 days, I have had absolutely no fruit. I'm not a big fan to begin with, so it wasn't too hard. But I'd like to start adding some blueberries, an apple, etc. to my diet. By doing so, will I see a spike in weight gain? I'm afraid that adding sugar, even naturally produced, will ruin my results. Thoughts?
