Pre-paleo I would usually sleep through the night, now I almost always wake up in the middle of the night and it takes me 10-20 minutes to fall back asleep. What might be the cause, and do you have any suggestions for solutions? I do BP intermittent fasting.
Low carb had me sleeping poorly. Not necessarily a Paleo issue. Once I started eating a potato/sweet potato during the day the issue went away. Eating before bed would make it worse for me, just having more carbs in my diet is the trick.
