This two-part test: A. Do you feel healthy? B. Do you feel happy? This has always been a better indicator of health for myself than any lab test. My n6/n3 intake has never correlated well with my health (of course, this is n=1, and I've only had it measured once), but the above test always does! If I had to pick a lab test, I guess it'd be n6/n3 or salivary cortisol. |
